FOOTBALL CAMP JULY 10TH AND JULY 11TH

Price is $20.00 for both days. Ages 4-18 are welcome to attend the 2 day program. The size of the program allows our staff to separate players by age, ability, experience and/or aggressiveness. Our programs provide proper match-ups to challenge the players while creating a great learning environment. No experience is necessary as we have a program that fits your needs. You will learn to run, throw, catch, defend and compete like a pro.  We will have team games, skill contests and will announce best time in stations for age group. We will have positive energy added with music to make this a fun experience for your child. Please sign up here!

We work with all ages! We also teach and coach individuals on weight loss, nutrition, and improving their ability to handle life's daily demands. Imagine looking forward to your workouts and being confident in how you look.

How we can help?

We have experienced fitness instructors with the drive, knowledge, and enthusiasm to apply the correct fitness techniques to help clients achieve their goals. We are able to analyze the fitness and health levels of each client and help them to create specific training programs. 

MEET THE STAFF

Kameron Crim- Personal Trainer

Was born and raised in Covington Kentucky. Attended Scott high school, were he played football, basketball and participated in track & field for 4 years. He graduated from Scott in 2014, where he then went on to play college football for Eastern Kentucky University for two season. He then returned home to Northern Kentucky due to injuries. He enrolled into Northern Kentucky University in 2016, where he participated in track & field for two seasons. He graduated from NKU in 2018 with a bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is now seeking a Masters in Human Nutrition at the University of Cincinnati. He has been in the industry of fitness for 5 years. The reason he joined this industry is because he wanted to give kids like himself a chance to predict their own future! 

Nelson Perrin- Personal Trainer

Nelson lives in Taylor Mill, Kentucky with his wife Brandi and their three sons; Nelson, Quincy and Malcom. Nelson has been an employee with Sun Chemical for 17 years. He attended Aiken Senior High School where he was a member of both the football and track teams. He has coached youth football for a total of 14 years between several different teams in the Northern Kentucky community. Teams like the Newport Firefighters, Boone County Knights and Boone County Broncos. More recently Nelson has held several coaching positions on both the midget and junior division teams for the Taylor Mill Eagles. He has coached at both Woodland Middle School and Scott High School where he was on staff for two Middle School Championships (Woodland), one High School District Championship (Scott) and one High School Co-District Championship (Scott). Nelson has also coached basketball at the elementary level at Sixth District Elementary school in Covington, Kentucky. He has also played semi pro football for the Kentucky stallions for 2 years. Nelson is heavily involved in his community and is looking forward to working with athletes on continuing to grow and improve their skill sets.

Lavetta Tevis- Personal Trainer & Class Instructor

Proud Richmond Kentucky native. Attended Union College in Barbourville, KY where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, Athletic Training and Health. While working towards her degree, she was also a starting member of the women’s volleyball and basketball team. She was recently inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018. Athletics have always had an impact on her life, and it continues to shape her everyday experiences. She is a Masters Olympic Weightlifter, that trains out of Triumph Strength and Conditioning in Florence. Has been coached by Dmitry Klokov, a Russian medal winner in Olympic Weightlifting, and Mohamed Ehab, an Egyptian medal winner in Olympic. As Olympic Weightlifting has gained more popularity, so have the opportunities to make it more broadly available to anyone who is interested. One of her favorite aspects of the sport is that it can be accessible for any athlete regardless of age, gender, or size. The confidence, discipline, and skill developed early in Olympic Weightlifting can easily translate into a successful life.





Nelson Perrin III- Personal Trainer & Class Instructor

Nelson is a college football player at Thomas Moore University. He played varsity at Scott High School where he earned multiple football scholarships. He choose to play college football and to continue training himself for a chance to play pro, also to earn himself more accolades in college to add to high school accolades such as "NKY athlete of the year" award which he wont his senior year of high school. His major is Education. He wishes to major in Education so he can stay in touch with football and be a coach to be able to give back to the community and the kids that live here. 

"I Choose to train because i enjoy seeing kids get excited and enjoy being able to see the changes they are accomplishing with just a little help from myself".

    We do offer discounts for clients who pay for multiple sessions in advance. Please contact us!

    Group Rates- Need minimum of 5 per session = $15.00 an hour

    Every class-All fitness levels are welcome. Classes are developed to reach beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

    HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) 

    This high intensity interval training will have you melting away calories. Triple round work efforts are made to develop strength and power. Guaranteed to tone and tighten the body!

    SPEED & AGILITY

    Speed can be applied in sports in a manner of different functions like: the speed of an athlete, throwing an object, hitting a homerun ball, speed of passing a baton, ball, puck, or the athlete’s reaction to a ball thrown in order to catch or produce an outstanding performance and perfect execution.

    Agility is developed by training the body to move in different directions quickly and easily, resulting in improved reflexes. This can be accomplished by doing agility drills or training sessions; some examples of agility training are jumping, ladders, hurdles, and resistance.

    SOCCER CLASS

    Soccer is a sport unlike almost all others, as the feet are needed for technical skills more than the hands. A number of fundamental skills are needed to play soccer. We will teach dribbling, passing and shooting. The skills of a soccer player also vary from one position to another that we will work on.

    POUND is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
